女性の喫煙率

ちょっとした豆知識。
最近は女性の喫煙率が増えてますよね。でも、女性の80%以上はたばこを辞めたいと思ってるんだって。これは、ファイザー製薬（世界一の製薬メーカー）が調査した結果です。
そもそも、喫煙を始めたきっかけは「ストレス・イライラの解消のため」が一番多くて35%で、そして、辞めれない理由も「ストレス・イライラの解消のため」が64.7%なんです。現代社会はストレスの塊ってことを証明している結果ですよね。
喫煙してる方は「健康への影響」、「におい」、「美容への影響」とかを非常に気にしているにも関わらずたばこは辞めれないようです。
就職活動は時にはストレスがかかっちゃいます。でも、「たばこ」でごまかすんじゃなくて、健康的なストレス解消法というのを見付けて欲しいと思います。私の経験上は・・・
・愚痴れる友達に思いっきり愚痴る。
・運動する。
・寝る。
がよかったかなぁって思います。
健康第一！でがんばりましょう。
