未来の求人サイト

10月12日　日経新聞　夕刊より

現在よくある新卒の求人サイトは、例えば、A社がリクナビに「求人を載せたい」って事で、リクナビに掲載料を支払って求人情報を掲載します。
だから、リクナビで見れるのは、リクナビに「掲載したい！」って言った企業の情報だけです。
でも、最近はすごく便利な技術があるようです。
というのは、「掲載したい！」っていう企業以外の求人情報を見れちゃうんですね。
その仕組みは、グーグルやヤフーと同じ。
これらは検索したいキーワードを入力して検索すると、色んなホームページが出てきますよね。
これと同じで、約1万社の企業サイトの新卒向け求人の情報を自動で拾ってきて、画面に表示されるっていうものです。今日の新聞に載ってたのはエン・ジャパンていう求人サイト。
新卒の時って基本的には、リクナビとか毎日就職ナビなどの求人サイトを利用すると思うのですが、掲載料金ってすごい高いんです。
だから、中小企業は自社のサイトだけで求人情報を掲載している事は多々あります。
もし、意中の企業があるならば・・・・
求人サイト見るのも大事だけど、企業のホームページ要チェックね。
後、どうしてもいきたい業界がある人・・・
こんな人も各企業のホームページを要チェック！
そろそろ、3回生のみなさんは焦り出す頃だと思いますが、情報を有効に利用して就職活動がんばろう！
