2005年4月入社の新卒対象のアンケートです。
結果は・・・
しない方がいい・・・24.8%
理由があれば1、2回はOK・・・51.4%
理由があれば何回でも・・・18%
分からない・・・5.8%
との結果です。
転職経験済みの私から言うと、
自分の目標を達成できる会社への転職ならばする方がいいです。
ストレスが溜まるばっかりで、自分の能力を高める事のできない会社ならば、転職しちゃう方がいいと思います。同じ会社にしがみついて、リストラされて、いざ転職と思った時に能力がない！となったら大ピンチですから。
それと全く異なる業種への転職は20代後半が限界だと思います。年をとればとるほど未経験業種への転職は難しくなります。反対に新卒時の就職活動で失敗しても若ければなんとかなります。長い人生です。自分のキャリアは自分で構築していくようにしましょう。
