アルバイトの経験と自己PR

関西大学の学生にアルバイトの経験はいくつ？というアンケート調査を行った結果

１つ・・・18％
２つ・・・23％
３つ・・・25％
４つ・・・13％
5つ以上・・・21％

となったそうです。
ちなみに一番人気は飲食店の店員だそうです。
一般的には、１つの仕事を継続して続けるの方がいいように思われますが、就職活動において目立つPRをしようとすると、１つだけよりも複数のアルバイトをしている方が有利な場合があります。
というのは、仮に飲食店で大学3年間ずっとアルバイトしているとします。確かにその経験は素晴らしく、店舗内でもリーダーシップを発揮しているだろうと想像できます。
ただ、飲食店のバイト経験者が多すぎるので、これPRにしてしまうと人事の視点から見ると、
「またか・・・・」
となってしまう場合が多々あるようです。
まぁ、PRの方法では飲食店のバイトの経験でも目立つ事は可能ですが、多くの人が平凡なPRを作ってしまうようです。この辺を詳しく知りたい方は就職活動応援ページAfter Seasonを参考にして下さい。
反面、色んなアルバイトを経験し、その中に、非常にめずらしいアルバイトを経験していると、自己PRの内容はいまいちでも、不思議と目立ってしまうものなんです。
もし、大学1回生、2回生の方がここを読んでいたら、飲食店や販売店ではなく、ちょっと変わったバイトをする事をオススメします。これだけでも、就職活動でPRするネタが増えてちょっとは楽になります。

現在、就職活動をしている学生の皆さんの中で、アルバイトの話をしても書類選考や、面接を突破できない人がいましたら、このように平凡な職種の話をされていませんか？
